Today I finally decided to upload some pictures, and something went wrong. Sure, I somehow managed to upload the image I currently use as an avatar to my gallery and Deviant Identity (I dislike saying ID), but what I really wanted to submit were some pictures taken on my graduation day, and when I tried to upload the first of them (forget the rest; I need the first one first), an error occured. It showed me a pink thumbnail saying that my file may be corrupt or some other thing and--after I deleted the upload--a popup error message listing more possibilities (I am sure some of you have experienced this problem). I looked through the help topics on this site and tried deleting my cookies and that did not work, and I tried reloading the page like the popup suggested and that did not help either. One thing still puzzles me: that the file may be "corrupt". What exactly is "corruption"? Has it anything to do with the fact that I copied them to my flash drive from my parents' computer and then copied them onto my computer? Since I did the same with the Matrix screenshot, I doubt it. Could it have something to do with the fact that the other pictures were first uploaded to (downloaded from?) a computer from a digital camera? I do not doubt it, but that helps me little, because the error message suggests that I "re-save" the file and then try again. What the heck does that mean? Can anyone help me figure out what to do?

Just for the record, when it says on a channel that a user has been banned permanently, do they REALLY mean PERMANENTLY? I have to ask because I can never remember even once seeing a notice saying that someone has been banned temporarily.

Unqualified equality in every possible way--especially within religion--and protection from the media's attempts to influence others in negative ways are the only two things that should be enforced by martial law (except for the religion part, which must come to the revelation without being forced to by the authorities).
